From being a small Spark spin off with the big ambition in 2019, trust tech forerunners MATTR are now a well-established global player making a big contribution. We were in on the ground floor, developing a full positioning strategy before naming and design took place. Rather than‘ scaffold’ the new business in jargon, our aim was to lay the strongest of foundations. This included the creation of a unique set of values, as well as a behavioural code for a growing staff. Tricky continues to work closely with the expanded MATTR team across all touchpoints including the creation of a comprehensive brand bible, photography, iconography, website, environmental branding and even interior guidance.
